Senior Power BI Developer Experience: 8+ Years Total & 8+ Years Relevant Role: Senior Power BI Developer Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer/Consultant with robust expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, data analysis, visualization, and data modelling to develop and support enterprise analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, migrate, enhance, and support Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions. Develop Paginated Reports using Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Azure reporting features. Build interactive dashboards, visualizations, KPIs, measures, and time-series metrics. Develop and maintain dimensional and semantic data models. Consolidate and optimize datasets and enterprise semantic models. Perform data analysis, reconciliation, validation, and troubleshooting from source systems to data warehouse. Work with business users and BAs to understand requirements and translate them into effective visualization solutions. Support Power BI migration, deployment pipelines, RBAC/security, and change management. Mandatory Skills Power BI Advanced Strong hands-on DAX SQL / T-SQL Power Query SSRS Data Modeling & Data Warehousing Dimensional & Semantic Modeling Paginated Reports Strong experience in data analysis and visualization Experience with multiple on-premise and cloud databases Good understanding of ETL processes Azure / Cloud Skills Experience with Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Analysis Services. Exposure to cloud platforms such as Snowflake, OCI, AWS, or GCP. Good to Have MDX Python / PySpark / Java scripting Tableau, OAC, QlikSense, or similar analytics tools ERP source systems such as EBS, ERP, PSFT, JDE, or SFDC Experience with performance optimization, data accuracy testing, and reconciliation. Knowledge of version control, code migration, and change management. Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to understand complex business requirements and recommend appropriate visualization solutions. Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams. .
