The role requires strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with particular emphasis on experience working with Circana and IRI data, business intelligence, market analytics, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, developing insightful reports and dashboards, and presenting findings to business stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate data into actionable insights, and improve reporting processes through automation and analytical best practices. Requirements Key Responsibilities Analyze large and complex datasets from Circana, IRI, and other market and business data sourcesDevelop and maintain recurring business reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical frameworksTranslate business requirements into meaningful BI reports, analytical models, and data-driven insightsIdentify market trends, business opportunities, performance gaps, and key drivers through quantitative analysisSupport sales, marketing, category, commercial, and leadership teams with actionable business insightsPerform data validation, reconciliation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistencyAnalyze product, category, customer, market share, pricing, distribution, and competitive performance dataCreate executive-ready presentations and reports that clearly communicate key findings and recommendationsBuild automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual reporting activitiesPartner with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and measurement frameworksMonitor business performance against targets and identify significant trends or deviationsConduct ad-hoc analysis and deep-dive investigations to address specific business questionsCombine multiple internal and external data sources to develop comprehensive business perspectivesMaintain documentation for reports, data sources, analytical methodologies, and reporting processesContinuously improve BI and reporting capabilities through automation, visualization, and analytical best practicesCommunicate analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders What Makes You a Great Fit 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, Insights, or a related analytical roleStrong hands-on experience working with Circana and/or IRI data is highly preferredStrong understanding of consumer, retail, FMCG, market research, or commercial analyticsExperience working with large datasets and converting raw data into actionable business insightsStrong knowledge of BI and data visualization concepts and reporting best practicesProficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reportingExperience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to data accuracyAbility to identify trends, correlations, business drivers, and opportunities from complex datasetsStrong understanding of KPIs, performance measurement, market share, sales, category, and competitive analysisExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex analysis in a clear and business-friendly mannerStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsExperience automating recurring reports and improving reporting processes is an advantageAbility to manage multiple analytical assignments while maintaining quality and meeting deadlinesA proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded approach to data and business problem-solving .
