The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building interactive dashboards, data modeling, report optimization, and working with Azure-based data platforms. Experience in the BFSI domain is essential, with a strong understanding of financial reporting, business intelligence, and data visualization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI. Create and manage Power BI Semantic Models for enterprise reporting. Develop efficient DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs. Perform data transformation using Power Query (M Language). Build optimized data models following best practices. Improve report performance through optimization techniques. Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) for secure data access. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. Integrate Power BI solutions with Azure Data & AI services. Support migration of legacy BI solutions, including SAP Business Objects and SSAS/MSAS to Power BI. Work with data engineering teams to consume data from Azure-based data platforms. Ensure reporting solutions follow governance, security, and compliance standards within the BFSI domain.
