Planning & Order Management (ERP)- Oracle Fusion Planning

Job Title: Planning & Order Management (ERP) Experience: 8+ Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune Position Type: C2H We have a requirement to onboard a OTC functional SCON resource and following are the areas where we need the resource to have strong expertise. Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Planning (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning) and Order Management modules RICE: Exposure to understanding of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions. Should be able to gather business requirements and create functional design and specifications / lean specification documents, explain the requirements to the technical team and perform Functional Unit testing of the RICE objects. Configure Order Management setups including order orchestration, fulfillment, pricing, shipping, and order-to-cash processes Configure Planning modules including demand/supply plans, planning parameters, exception messages, and forecasting methods Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions aligned with Oracle Cloud standards Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive solution design Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, OTBI/BI reports, and extensions Develop test scripts, support SIT/UAT cycles, and manage defect resolution Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice-building initiatives Stay current with quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and assess impact on existing configurations Skills Required Oracle Fusion, Order Management .
