Role: Digital Twin Engineer Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Category: Full Time, Permanant About the Role: Design and build 3D representation of warehouses, intra-logistics, production process flow etc. Build dark-factory digital twins in NVIDIA Omniverse from layout specifications, modify them as designs change, and keep the OpenUSD asset pipeline dependable - creating assets, maintaining and extending our USD library, and ensuring scenes load, render and perform within budget. Co-ordinate with the Simulation Engineer, who defines what the facility must do. You make it exist in 3D accurately, efficiently, and ready for client review. Responsibilities Design, develop and deploy Omniverse-based digital twin solutions for warehouse and industrial environments Build and maintain workflows using OpenUSD and RTX rendering pipelines Ingest and convert customer CAD and layout data into simulation-ready USD assets Own the reusable asset library racking, conveyors, AMRs, pallets, containers and equipment Author layout variants so alternative designs can be compared within a single scene Define and enforce the metadata schema linking twin objects to ERP data Develop Python tooling for asset pipelines, scene validation and automation Optimise scenes to hit VRAM and performance budgets, including trimmed collider sets Produce client-ready renders, walkthroughs and camera setups for design review Document technical designs, solution components and implementation workflows Must Have 01 years in 3D content, pipeline or simulation development Strong 3D scene-graph fundamentals: transforms, hierarchies, instancing, LODs, UVs and PBR materials Production-level skill in one DCC tool: Blender / Maya / 3ds Max Python for asset pipelines batch processing, validation and format conversion Demonstrated work to performance budgets on large scenes (draw calls, VRAM, texture streaming) Version control for binary assets Git LFS or Perforce BE / BTech / MCA / MTech or equivalent Strongly Preferred NVIDIA Omniverse USD Composer, Omniverse Kit, extensions, PhysX OpenUSD references vs payloads, sublayers, composition arcs, variants, instancing CAD to real-time conversion (STEP / IGES / IFC / Revit to USD / FBX), retopology and mesh cleanup Unreal or Unity production experience MDL or shader authoring Cloud GPU workloads (Azure / AWS / GCP) Good to Have Warehouse, factory or industrial visualisation background SimReady asset standards Point-cloud and laser-scan processing for retrofit projects C++ for Kit extension development NVIDIA Modulus or generative AI asset workflows About us mybizz autonomous enterprise management infrastructure building autonomous systems and infrastructure across manufacturing, trading, e-commerce sectors. .
