IT InfraOps Site Lead

Summary: The IT InfraOps Site Lead is responsible for overseeing IT Infrastructure support services within the organization, particularly at the Chennai plants and offices. The primary goal of this role is to maintain efficient and secure IT operations, support local employees technical needs, and ensure compliance with company policies while fostering effective collaboration with the group IT team. Responsibilities: Take full charge of the daily operation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of on-site IT infrastructure.Manage on-site office and production IT equipment including deployment, debugging, maintenance, and asset management.Monitor network status, optimize bandwidth, and ensure stable communication for all operations.Oversee local deployment and maintenance of OA and security software, providing user support.Coordinate with vendors and IT team to resolve complex infrastructure issues.Lead and manage the on-site IT team, developing daily work plans and performance assessments.Implement IT security management and standardize operational behaviors.Facilitate project coordination and promote IT optimization in work scenarios. Must Haves: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or related field.3-5 years of on-site IT operation and maintenance experience; minimum 2 years in a leadership role.Proficiency in Windows/Linux client and server management.Knowledge of IT asset management and IT security standards. Nice to Have: Factory/enterprise site IT management experience.Experienced in project coordination with group teams and vendors.Good command of English for communication in an international context.
