This is a remote, territory-based opportunity . The Representative must be based in India and have an active local network within the Indian market. If you already have strong relationships with OEMs, ODMs, electronics manufacturers, and distributors and know how to turn a technical discussion into a design-in and ultimately a purchase order we want to hear from you. Youll represent a portfolio of 3,500+ power semiconductor devices , including: SiC MOSFETs GaN devices Silicon MOSFETs IGBTs Power modules Location: India Work Model: Remote must be based in India Engagement: Independent / Commission-Based What youll do Build and develop a qualified semiconductor sales pipeline in India Open doors with OEMs, ODMs, manufacturers, and distributors Identify design-in, second-source, cross-reference, and component-replacement opportunities Introduce Rimals portfolio to engineering, procurement, supply-chain, and management teams Coordinate quotations, samples, technical evaluations, and customer meetings Drive opportunities from initial introduction through qualification and commercial close Develop long-term customer relationships and repeat business Share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activity with our team Who were looking for Were specifically looking for experienced semiconductor sales professionals , not generalist sales profiles. Ideally, you have: 5+ years of semiconductor sales, business development, distribution, or technical-sales experience Previous experience with a fabless semiconductor company, IDM, semiconductor manufacturer, or specialist distributor fabless experience is strongly preferred An established network of OEMs, ODMs, manufacturers, distributors, and relevant decision-makers in India Strong understanding of semiconductor qualification, design-in cycles, sampling, cross-referencing, and purchasing processes The ability to engage confidently with engineering, procurement, supply-chain, and senior management teams A track record of developing opportunities and converting them into commercial orders The ability to operate independently and develop your local market Current residence and active commercial presence in India Experience selling power semiconductors or into automotive, industrial, energy, power electronics, telecom, computing, data centers, or consumer electronics is a strong advantage. Compensation & Long-Term Opportunity This is an independent, commission-based commercial engagement with uncapped earning potential tied directly to the business you develop. The role is fully remote, but it is market-facing. You are expected to be based in India and able to meet customers locally when required. There is no fixed salary during the independent representative stage. Youll have the flexibility to develop your market independently, with support from Rimals commercial and technical teams. This role is also designed as a performance-led pathway into Rimals international sales organization . Representatives who meet agreed revenue targets, pipeline milestones, and market-development objectives may be offered full time country sales roles as Rimal continues to scale internationally. For the right person, this is an opportunity to build the market first and potentially lead it long term.
