Job Description FLEXCUBE QA / Testing Consultant Experience 4 to 15 Years Job Location Bangalore Candidate should be flexible to work from the Client Location as per project requirements. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced FLEXCUBE QA / Testing Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE implementations, enhancements, upgrades, or production support projects. The candidate should possess strong functional and testing knowledge of FLEXCUBE modules and be capable of independently planning and executing testing activities. Key Responsibilities Perform Functional, System Integration (SIT), Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support for Oracle FLEXCUBE applications. Prepare and review Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Data. Execute test cases and validate business functionality across various FLEXCUBE modules. Identify, log, track, and validate defects until closure. Coordinate with Functional Consultants, Development Team, and Client stakeholders during testing cycles. Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing. Participate in requirement analysis and provide inputs from a testing perspective. Prepare Daily Status Reports and Test Summary Reports. Support production verification activities during deployments and releases. Required Skills Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Testing. Good understanding of Core Banking concepts and banking operations. Hands-on experience in one or more FLEXCUBE modules. Experience in preparing Test Plans, Test Cases, and Defect Reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred FLEXCUBE Modules Experience in one or more of the following modules is desirable: Core and Deposits Loans Payments Trade Finance Treasury General Ledger (GL) Added Advantage Knowledge or experience in any of the following tools will be an added advantage: JIRA Test Management Tools SQL / Oracle Database Unix/Linux API Testing (Postman / SOAP UI) Automation Testing tools (Selenium, UFT, etc.) Candidate Profile Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment. Flexible to work from the Client Location / Bangalore based on project requirements.
