You possess hands-on experience with prompt engineering to craft accurate queries that improve the speed and accuracy of test generation and data synthesis. Agile & Agentic Expertise: Strong experience in up-to-date Agile methodologies, with a specialized interest in testing AI agents and non-deterministic workflows. Analytical Rigor: Excellent problem-solving skills with a "no silos" cooperative approach to identify and mitigate risks before they reach production. Technical Proficiency: Mastery of standard tools (Jira, Xray) combined with a functional understanding of AI and its application in QA workflows. Testing Certifications: Certification in quality assurance or testing (e.g., ISTQB) is valued, especially the Certified Tester AI Testing (CT-AI) Version 2.0 Experience: 4+ years of experience in quality testing, preferably in an engineering or technology-focused company.
