Profile: Air Operations Executive Company: BAI Infosolutions Private Limited CoTrav Location: Gurgaon (On-site) Experience: 1-3 years Industry: Travel & Hospitality | Corporate Travel Services Employment Type: Full-time Job Profile: Book domestic and international flight tickets using GDS software and other airline booking portals.Coordinate with airlines to obtain the best available fares for corporate and leisure travel.Process ticket bookings, cancellations, reissues, refunds, and itinerary modifications.Assist customers with flight schedules, fare details, baggage policies, and travel-related queries.Ensure accurate passenger information while issuing or modifying tickets.Maintain booking records and update customer details in the system.Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for timely execution of travel requests.Build and maintain professional relationships with airline partners and travel vendors.Support clients by providing timely assistance for ticketing and travel requirements.Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations.Ensure high levels of accuracy, customer service, and adherence to company processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in air ticketing, travel operations, or the travel industry. Freshers with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply.Basic knowledge of GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) & domestic and international airline ticketing procedures is a plus.Good communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
