About the Role We are seeking a highly accomplished General Manager Operations to provide strategic leadership across Quality, Product Development, Product Design, and Supply Chain . This senior role carries full P&L accountability and direct oversight of all operational heads. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in managing large, complex operations and aligning cross-functional teams with business objectives. Key responsibilities include driving operational excellence, accelerating product innovation, optimizing costs, and ensuring world-class quality and supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all operational department s (Supply Chain, Quality, After Sales NPD, Industrial design Drive innovation, product development, and quality excellence to meet market needs Strengthen supply chain performance with focus on cost efficiency and timely delivery Take regular reviews of HODs, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational benchmark Manage operational budgets with ful l P&L accountabili ty Act as a strategic partner to the CEO in driving growth and organizational performance Requirements 10-15 years of senior operations leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing Strong track record in P&L manage ment, supply chain, and product innovation Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and deliver business results Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Why Join Us This is a high-impact role with direct visibility to the CEO and the Board, offering the opportunity to shape the operational backbone of a fast-growing market leader .
