Lead II - Full stack dev (React, Node, Typescript)

Role description 7+ years in professional web development, with expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript and deep knowledge of React.JS (hooks, component composition, routing, forms). Solid experience building Node.JS services (Express/Nest), designing REST/GraphQL APIs, and integrating with databases (SQL/NoSQL). Strong grounding in front end architecture: state management, design systems, testing strategy (Jest/RTL), performance and a11y best practices. Proficiency with Git based workflows and CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab/Jenkins), environment configurations, and artifact/version management. Experience collaborating with cross functional teams and mentoring engineers through reviews, workshops, or pair programming. Nice to Have Exposure to Remix/Next.js or other meta frameworks for SSR/SSG and routing. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers (Docker), and basic infra pipelines. Knowledge of micro frontends, design systems, or shared component libraries. Familiarity with observability (logs, metrics, traces) and performance tooling in production.
