Finance Systems Associate (Entry level)

Location: Bangalore, India Employment type: Full-time New college hires / freshers (Chartered Accountant finalists / newly qualified CAs welcome) About the role Were hiring two entry-level Finance Systems Associates to join our growing Finance & Technology function in Bangalore. This role is ideal for a Chartered Accountant who wants to apply accounting and tax knowledge to finance systems (ERP, reporting, automation) rather than a pure transactional role. You will learn finance processes, support system configurations, and partner with finance and IT teams to deliver reliable finance operations and reporting. Key responsibilities Learn and support core finance systems (ERP / general ledger modules, AP/AR, Revenue, Fixed Assets) and related interfaces.Assist in requirement gathering, configuration changes, testing (unit/integration/UAT) and deployment of finance system enhancements.Help build and maintain finance reports, dashboards and reconciliations to support month-end close and management reporting.Investigate and resolve transactional/system issues and liaise with IT, vendors and business users.Document processes, configuration, and test cases; contribute to training materials for end users.Support basic automation and data-cleanup tasks (imports/exports, scripts) under supervision. Qualifications & skills Chartered Accountant (qualified or near-qualified) OR final-year CA student graduating within 6 months.Strong fundamentals in accounting, financial statements, and accounting standards.Comfortable with spreadsheets (advanced Excel), basic SQL or data manipulation is a plus.Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and good written/verbal communication.Eagerness to learn ERP/finance systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Tally or similar) and process automation.Team player; ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders. Preferred (not mandatory) Any prior internship or exposure to ERP projects, finance transformations, or internal audit.Basic familiarity with scripting (Python/Google Apps Script) or BI tools (Power BI / Tableau). .
