This role is located in Chennai, India Role Overview The Technical Infrastructure Lead for Managed Print Services ensures 247 availability, security, and performance of BNYs global print workplace. This includes ownership of vulnerability remediation, change management, vendor relationships, and drive modernization initiatives to shift the firm toward more digitized output solutions. In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways: Serve as SME and single point of contact for all print infrastructure related incidents, enabling rapid response and service recovery. Oversee infrastructure changes including product/platform upgrades, performance enhancements and end-of-life management. Identify and track vulnerabilities across the global print workplace; drive remediation to meet compliance timelines. Consistently ensure the applications supported are fully compliant to the firms technical operational guidelines Maintain and update runbooks, configuration documentation and DR plans in .
