Position: General Manager / Assistant Vice President Internal Audit Location: Gurgaon Reports To: SVP & Head Internal Audit Company: Niva Bupa Health Insurance Co. Ltd. (Certified 6x Great Place to Work) Key Responsibilities Audit Leadership & Strategy: Plan, lead, and execute end-to-end internal audit process reviews in accordance with established standards. Audit Automation & AI Integration: Hands-on automation of audit test procedures using tools such as Databricks, SAS, Python, and AI. Team Guidance & Quality Assurance: Manage multiple review engagements, mentor team members, and perform post-audit quality assurance self-assessments. Reporting & Recommendations: Develop balanced, persuasive, and data-backed audit reports; present impactful recommendations to leadership. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with process owners to agree on actionable outcomes, heat maps, and track corrective actions through to conclusion. What Were Looking For Education: CA / CIA / MBA from a premier institute. Tech & Data Proficiency: Basic working knowledge of automation tools (Databricks, SAS, Python, AI) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Power BI. Audit & Risk Expertise: Strong technical understanding of business processes, risk management techniques, and operational/financial controls. Core Competencies: Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, strong project management, high ethical standards, and exceptional written/verbal communication skills.
