Functional Consultant Oracle Fusion OTLLocation : Noida | HybridCompany : TransitialsExperience : 5 - 8 yearsAre you a detail-driven Oracle Fusion expert ready to make an impact in a collaborative and future-focused environment At Transitials, were expanding our Team and looking for a Functional Consultant Oracle Fusion OTL who can deliver transformation with precision and purpose.What Youll Do :- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and document requirements for system enhancements.- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion OTL solutions, aligned with approved functional documentation (AN100, CM030, MD050, etc).- Lead UAT cycles define test cases, support business testing, and resolve any issues.- Provide expert guidance on Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL) configurations, integrations, and fast formulas.- Work closely with internal teams to roll out solutions across multiple entities and Joint Ventures.- Support end-user training and knowledge transfer activities.- Stay ahead of Oracles quarterly updates to leverage new features and capabilities.What Were Looking For :- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion, particularly Time and Labor (OTL).- Proven experience in at least one full-cycle Fusion OTL implementation.- Strong hands-on with OTL setups, fast formulas, absence integration, and local timekeeping system integration.- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.- Proficiency in test planning, documentation, and regression testing.- Familiarity with tools like MS PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.- Fluent English communication and a collaborative, proactive mindset.Nice to Have :- Formal Oracle training or certifications.- Experience with OTBI / BI Publisher, including custom subject area design.
