To provide business analysis and operational support for CASA processes within the core banking implementation, including process documentation, end-user testing, and support during migration and go-live activities. Support CASA middle and back-office operations analysis and process design. Gather and analyze business requirements and process gaps. Support UAT & User testing, including scenario preparation and defect follow-up. Coordinate with business, IT, and vendor teams for issue resolution and readiness activities. Required Experience 812 years of relevant experience in banking operations or business analysis.Strong experience in CASA operations support.End-user testing/UAT experience is required.
