Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Frontend Developer specializing in React and Next.js, Typescript located in Noida. As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interfaces for high traffic B2C portal using React and Next.js using typescript. Responsibilities include creating consumer facing responsive web designs, collaborating with back-end developers, ensuring smooth user experiences, and optimising applications for performance and scalability. The role requires continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and best practices in frontend development. Responsibilities Build and maintain scalable, reliable frontend systems powering the product.Own projects from conception to completion, breaking down features into discrete units of work and maintaining momentum.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure feature continuity between related products and deliver developer-friendly solutions.Continuously improve existing systems through optimization, refactoring, and modernization.Participate in the team's support rotation during business hours.Stay informed on emerging frontend architecture and developer tooling trends to enhance the platform.Should perform unit testing and E2E test. Requirements 8+ years of hands-on frontend engineering experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript C AWS Products emphasizing test-driven and accessibility-first development.Experience working with B2C products. Majorly should have worked on high traffic Consumer facing Portals/Apps.Exposure to test driven architecture.Thorough knowledge of Github C Github actions.Self-directed problem solver able to scope work, communicate progress, flag blockers, and make technical and product trade-offs independently while aligned with stakeholders. Willingness to challenge ideas constructively, handle critique without defensiveness, and demonstrate a growth mindset.Clear written and verbal communication skills suitable for a distributed, asynchronous work environment.Strong focus on execution, accountability, and consistent progress despite challenges.Deep investment in developer experience, either through shipping tools or understanding frontend team challenges. .
