Assistant Manager QA & QC

Role: Assistant / Deputy Manager - QA/QC Department: Quality Assurance & Quality Control Experience: 10-15 years of experience in QA/QC Industry: Contractor or Infra Location: Mumbai Education: B Tech / BE Civil Role & responsibilities Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance programs to ensurecompliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and company policiesMonitor QA/QC activities on-site, ensuring compliance with the projectspecifications, applicable codes, and companys quality policies.Inspect all the documents as well as construction activities and materials to ensurecompliance with approved standards.Coordinate and witness third-party tests and inspections.Attending the meeting with the clients and management team.Coordinate for the the management review meetings and updating on the actions tobe taken.Assist in preparing Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and QualityChecklists.Maintain and update QA/QC documentation, records, and reports.Issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up on corrective and preventiveactions.Support internal and external audits and help ensure timely closure of auditfindings.Conduct quality awareness and training programs for site personnel.Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on quality-related issues.Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment .
