Job Description Hands-on experience implementing and supporting NetSuite ERP across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc. Strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver business solutions. Experience configuring NetSuite modules like Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets), ARM, P2P, O2C, Inventory, Manufacturing, Multi-currency, and Intercompany. Create functional specs for customizations, workflows, scripts, and integrations. Work closely with SuiteScript developers and integration teams. Provide user support, handle enhancements, and assist in month-end activities. Conduct UAT and end-user training. Prepare project documentation like BRDs, SOPs, test scripts, and config guides. Perform data migration, cleansing, and validation during implementation or upgrades. Stay current with NetSuite releases and assess their impact. Responsibilities Lead or participate in full-cycle NetSuite implementations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements. Design and configure NetSuite solutions based on business needs. Work with technical teams for successful delivery of customizations and integrations. Support daily operations and troubleshoot issues. Facilitate user adoption through training and documentation. Qualifications Skills Bachelor s/Master s in Finance, Accounting, IS, or related fields. 3 10 years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant. Strong knowledge of Finance, SCM, or Manufacturing domains. Proficient with NetSuite standard functionalities, workflows, dashboards, and SuiteAnalytics. Experience integrating NetSuite with banks, CRMs, tax engines (Avalara/OneSource). Strong documentation and communication skills. NetSuite ERP Consultant or Financial User Certification (preferred).
