Job Description :We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Functional Consultant (FICO) with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and end-to-end implementation experience. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, solution design, SAP FICO configuration, testing, integration, and change management.Key Responsibilities :- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions.- Design and configure SAP FICO functionalities.- Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.- Manage testing, integration, UAT, and issue resolution.- Work closely with business and technical teams for successful implementation.- Provide expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.- Support process improvements and change management activities.Requirements :- 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO / SAP Finance.- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.- Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.- Minimum 1 full-cycle implementation of Advanced Finance modules.- Strong knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R).- Experience in business requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, and testing.- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
