What role will you play in the teamAs a Product Owner based in our Noida technology hub, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our enterprise workflow automation products. You will act as the voice of the customer within the engineering organization, balancing stakeholder expectations, technical debt, and business value to deliver scalable solutions that streamline complex internal operations for large-scale enterprise clients across multiple industry verticals.What you will doYou will drive sprint execution by defining clear acceptance criteria, prioritizing feature requests, and maintaining alignment between executive stakeholders and development teams. You will utilize roadmapping software to communicate product vision, run backlog grooming sessions, and leverage CRM data insights from Salesforce to ensure our enterprise features directly address client retention and efficiency bottlenecks.Key responsibilityAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, enterprise clients, and technical engineering squads to translate strategic goals into product roadmaps.Write exhaustive, granular user stories, technical specifications, and functional requirements using Jira and Aha! roadmapping software.Lead all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.Integrate customer feedback gathered through SurveyMonkey and CRM data from Salesforce into the core product development lifecycle.Collaborate with product analytics teams using Amplitude to track feature adoption, retention curves, and operational workflow efficiency metrics.Manage third-party software integrations and evaluate technical dependencies alongside principal software architects and technical leads.Conduct comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate deliverables against defined functional requirements before production releases.Required Qualification and SkillsBachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations Management, or related professional fields.1 to 2 years of proven experience operating as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Project Manager within software companies.In-depth expertise in managing agile workflows, sprint backlogs, and Kanban boards using advanced Jira configurations.Hands-on experience with enterprise roadmapping tools such as Aha! or ProductPlan for strategic release planning.Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot to analyze enterprise customer requirements and sales feedback loops.Strong analytical capability utilizing quantitative analytics tools like Amplitude to measure product performance metrics.Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills in fast-paced technological environments.Benefits IncludedAttractive base salary complemented by performance-linked variable incentives and stock option plans.Robust medical, accidental, and term life insurance policies for comprehensive financial security.Hybrid work arrangements supporting a balanced lifestyle with ergonomic office workspaces.Comprehensive annual budget allocated for technical certifications, leadership seminars, and higher education.Paid time off, festive leaves, sabbatical options, and structured parental leave benefits.In-house recreational facilities, subsidized cafeteria dining, and regular corporate social events.A Day in the LifeYou start your morning by reviewing enterprise ticket escalations from Salesforce and analyzing sprint velocity in Jira.
