Experience: 5-7 Years Joining: Immediate / Within 15 Days Location: New Delhi Job Summary: We are seeking highly skilled Intelligent Automation Lead to design and implement scalable automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Platform, Python, and AI/ML technologies. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, leading automation strategy, and delivering impactful business solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of Intelligent Automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.Identify automation opportunities and conduct process assessments to recommend automation solutions.Develop and deploy RPA workflows, cloud flows, and desktop automation solutions.Integrate automation solutions with AI/ML models, APIs, and enterprise systems.Work with stakeholders to define automation roadmaps and deliver measurable business value.Implement AI-driven automation such as document processing, data extraction, and predictive models.Provide technical leadership to the automation team and mentor junior developers.Ensure automation solutions follow best practices, governance, and security standards.Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and convert them into automation solutions.Monitor and optimize automation performance and scalability. Mandatory Skills: Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows)Experience with Microsoft Power AppsKnowledge of Microsoft Power BIExperience integrating automation with AI/ML modelsKnowledge of API integrations and REST servicesStrong understanding of process automation frameworks and governanceExperience in automation architecture and solution designFamiliarity with AI Builder and cognitive services is a plus Good To Have: Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio Technical Expertise: 57 years in Intelligent Automation / RPAExperience with Power Automate, Automation Anywhere and Blue PrismStrong in SQL, VB Scripting & integrationsExperience with Azure tools, process miningFamiliar with Jira, Confluence, GitHub Certifications: Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform / Automation / AI (preferred) Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementAbility to work in a fast-paced environment Joining Requirement: Candidates must be available to join within 15 days.
