Key Responsibilities Ownership & Execution Independently plan, scope, and deliver database infrastructure projects and operational improvements end-to-end. Contribute to automation efforts for provisioning, patching, monitoring, and routine maintenance tasks. Required Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on experience in database engineering/administration in enterprise environments. Robust expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database (installation, configuration, performance tuning, HA/DR). Working experience with SAP HANA administration. Solid skills in both Linux (RHEL/SUSE) and Windows Server operating systems. Proven ability to work autonomously: plan initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver results with minimal supervision. Robust communication skills to report status, risks, and proposals to diverse stakeholders. English: Qualified .
