Service Now - PMO /Implementation Release Lead Bangalore Full-time Hybrid --- About the Role This role involves leading the implementation and release of ServiceNow platforms, ensuring successful deployment and resolving technical issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow Release Management, instance migration, and update sets. The role requires strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work under deadlines and communicate effectively with development and support teams. --- Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute two major ServiceNow platform releases during the year - Coordinate migration activities between different instances - Validate deployment packages, update sets, and configuration changes - Perform release testing and ensure system stability after deployment - Support teams during release windows and resolve deployment issues - Prepare release documentation and change records - Monitor system performance and ensure successful completion of release activities - Participate in release planning meetings and post-release review sessions --- Requirements - Understanding of ServiceNow Release Management process - Knowledge of instance migration and upgrade activities - Strong experience in update sets, application repository, and deployment - Experience with testing and validation after release deployment - Ability to analyze and resolve post-release technical issues - Strong organizational and planning skills - Ability to work under release timelines and deadlines - Good communication with development and support teams --- What We Offer - Opportunity to work on major ServiceNow platform releases - Collaborative environment with development and support teams - Professional growth and development opportunities .
