The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in housing finance / NBFC ecosystems along with deep knowledge of financial management, taxation, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and drive the companys financial strategy aligned with business objectives- Lead business planning, financial forecasting, and strategic decision-making- Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and regulatory compliance- Manage treasury operations, liquidity planning, and capital structuring- Ensure robust tax planning and compliance framework- Partner with leadership to drive business growth, profitability, and cost optimization- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and governance practices- Liaise with regulators, auditors, lenders, and external stakeholders- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable financial insightsKey Requirements :- Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory- Industry Experience : Only candidates from Housing Finance Companies (HFCs) / NBFCs will be consideredProven experience in :i. Business Strategy & Financial Planningii. Taxation & Regulatory Complianceiii. Treasury & Fund Managementiv.
