Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Virtual Relationship Manager (25 years experience) to handle inbound and outbound calls, support clients and promote midfin360 financial products and services. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally Explain midfin360 products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, NPS, etc.) Assist customers with onboarding, KYC, Investing and resolve customer queries/complaints within TAT Perform follow-ups for leads, renewals and conversions Maintain accurate records in CRM/system Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines Qualification/Required Skills: Any Graduate/ Post Graduates / Diploma 25 years Experience in voice process / Customer support Excellent verbal communication Strong convincing and customer handling skills Basic knowledge of financial products (preferred) Good listening and problem-solving ability Goal-oriented professional with strong execution skills Experience in fintech, banking or insurance is an added advantage Work Location: Coimbatore Preferred Profile Immediate joiners are preferred Candidates with fintech experience will have an added advantage Proficiency in multiple languages (Tamil, English, Hindi, Telugu) is a plus Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn What Youll Get Competitive Salary + Attractive Performance based incentives Strong career growth opportunities in the fintech domain Collaborative, supportive and high-energy workplace Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling platform Interested candidates can apply now!
