Location: Coimbatore Position: Full-time Industry: FMCG / Food / Traditional Foods We are looking for a Deputy Manager Sales & Marketing to drive the B2B growth of Pettikadai , a growing brand bringing authentic traditional Tamil Nadu sweets and snacks to modern markets across India and international markets. This role will focus on building strong B2B sales channels , developing institutional and HoReCa business, expanding our retail presence, and creating long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities Drive B2B sales and business development for corporate gifting, bulk orders, institutional sales, and customised requirements. Develop and grow HoReCa business across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, Resorts, Caterers and other food-service businesses. Develop new business opportunities through field sales, networking, referrals, exhibitions, industry events and direct business outreach . Build relationships with corporates, hotels, restaurants, cafs, caterers, distributors, retailers and institutional buyers . Drive corporate gifting and festive bulk-order opportunities, including customised hampers and curated product solutions. Develop and execute territory-wise B2B sales strategies and business development plans . Manage the complete sales cycle prospecting, meetings, presentations, negotiations, order closure and relationship management. Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers and identify opportunities for repeat business and account expansion . Track sales pipeline, customer acquisition, conversion and revenue against targets. Work closely with internal teams on pricing, product selection, sampling, quotations, fulfilment and customer requirements. Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to identify new opportunities and strengthen Pettikadai's B2B positioning. What We're Looking For 25 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Channel Sales / HoReCa Sales. Experience in FMCG, Food, Hospitality, Retail, Food Service or Consumer Products will be an added advantage. Proven ability to develop new B2B accounts and close business opportunities . Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills. Passion for sales, business development and building new markets. Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable with field sales and customer meetings . Strong networking and lead-generation capabilities. Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities. A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
