Position: Inside Sales Lead/ Business Development Lead Location: Hyderabad Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to the inside sales team to ensure consistent performance and productivity. RequirementsBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus. 35 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT or Audio-Visual industry. Proven track record of success in sales and team leadership. Strong skills in cold calling, lead generation, and sales pipeline management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities. Ability to motivate, guide, and develop a high-performing sales team. Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets. .
