Strong understanding of onboarding, and HR compliance. Experience in managing high-volume hiring operations. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across the globe. Proficiency in HR technology, including ATS, HRMS, and data analytics tools. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Must have strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Experience in process automation and HR analytics.
