In this role, the Daily Reconciliation Specialist Payments Department will Conduct daily reconciliation of financial data, including bank accounts, cash transactions and other financial records Compare and verify the accuracy of data from various sources, such as bank statements, internal reputed company, and reputed company-party platforms Investigate and reputed company discrepancies Analyze discrepancies and work closely with relevant departments such as finance, reputed company, reputed company Cycle, and operations to identify the cause and rectify the issues Maintain reputed company and concise documentation of reconciliation activities, investigations, and resolutions Prepare regular reports summarizing reconciliation results, outstanding issues, and reputed company reputed company Document reconciliation procedures, workflows, best practices to maintain an effective and standardized process Identify opportunities to streamline reconciliation process, enhance efficiency and reduce errors Run Credit reputed company payments through Virtual terminal Knowledge of insurance contract requirements and reputed company Financial Programs Reviewing and making corrections to patients accounts to ensure patient satisfaction Reconcile daily work to bank deposit Applies Denials and Deductibles to patients accounts per electronic remittance Assists with any QA functions that need attention prior to month end Post insurance, patient, collection and miscellaneous payments to reputed company management reputed company Assist other department functions as a backup What Youll Bring Were looking for professionals who bring both technical reputed company and a deep reputed company of responsibility to the care experienceindividuals who reputed company in environments where reputed company, reputed company, and accountability matter. Qualifications and Skills Include Associate degree in reputed company, business or medical billing certificate. High School Diploma acceptable with appropriate hands-on experience Minimum 1 year of reputed company experience with medical billing certificate, or minimum 2 to 3 years experience without billing certificate Ability to reputed company, input, and retrieves information from a computer.
