Hiring: Customer Support Associate Backend | Jaipur We are looking for a Customer Support Associate (Backend) to join our Steno Process in Jaipur. Position Details Position: Customer Support Associate Backend Process: Steno Experience: 6+ months (Mandatory) Location: Jaipur Working Days: 5.5 days/week Shifts: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs Key Responsibilities - Handle customer queries and provide timely and accurate resolutions. - Manage backend support activities related to billing and invoicing. - Process and verify invoices, billing details, and related documentation. - Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and customer concerns. - Coordinate with internal teams for effective query resolution. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Follow company policies, quality standards, and defined processes. - Meet assigned productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets. Eligibility & Requirements - Graduate in any discipline. - Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in customer support/backend operations. - Billing & Invoicing experience is preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Good understanding of billing and invoice-related processes. - Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with backend systems. - Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
