We encourage candidates who are comfortable with this compensation structure to apply. 5,000 annual reimbursement towards health insurance Free telehealth servicesHybrid work arrangement We are looking for an Engagement Manager to lead the growth and delivery of our organisational development and occupational safety and health (OSH) consulting practice for for-profit companies. This is a client-facing role requiring an individual who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, designing consulting engagements, and overseeing high-quality execution. You will work closely with the CEO to expand our consulting portfolio while ensuring that every engagement meets our standards for rigour, impact, and client experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both business development and consulting delivery. You should be equally comfortable speaking to prospective clients, developing proposals, facilitating leadership conversations, reviewing project outputs, and supporting teams to deliver excellent work. As a growing consulting practice, we are looking for someone entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited about building systems, experimenting with new ideas, and contributing to the growth of the organisation. Educational Qualifications: A bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in organisational development, human resources, business, psychology, sociology, public policy, management, or another relevant field is preferred. A Master's degree is not required for this role. Please note that a Master's degree does not substitute for the required full-time work experience. We assess candidates based on demonstrated professional experience, skills, and the ability to perform the responsibilities of this role. Experience At least 3 years of relevant full-time professional experience in consulting, organisational development, human resources, learning and development, workplace culture, strategy, organisational effectiveness, or related fields. Internships and a master's do not count towards this experience. Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and multistakeholder relationships. Experience leading consulting projects or organisational change initiatives from inception to completion. Experience writing proposals, concept notes, or responding to consulting opportunities. Experience facilitating workshops or leadership engagements for organisational audiences. Enjoy building relationships and developing long-term partnerships. Demonstrate strong commercial judgement and understand client needs. Are comfortable working independently with limited supervision. Identify and pursue new consulting opportunities across sectors. Represent One Future Collective in meetings, conferences, networking events, and partnership discussions. Understand organisational challenges and translate them into consulting opportunities. Support revenue generation through proposal development, presentations, and client conversations. Consulting and Project Leadership Lead the design and scoping of consulting engagements. Develop project plans, methodologies, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Ensure consulting engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and at the quality expected by clients. Oversee project implementation and execution while supporting team members responsible for day-to-day execution. Anticipate project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Lead or contribute to consulting engagements across areas such as: Workplace culture assessments Policy development Learning and capacity-building programmes Workplace safety and inclusion Strategic planning and organisational effectiveness Change management initiatives Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary relationship manager for consulting clients. Identify opportunities for continued collaboration and long-term partnerships. Conduct project reviews and capture client feedback to strengthen future engagements. Contribute to the development of consulting frameworks, methodologies, and tools. Support the creation of knowledge products, publications, and learning resources. Stay informed about emerging developments in organisational development, workplace culture, leadership, and consulting. Bring new ideas, approaches, and practices into our consulting work.
