Loan Closer/Funder

JOB reputed company: Under the direction of the Closing Manager, the Loan Closer/Funder is responsible for preparing loan packages for closing as reputed company as funding loans. *II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviews loan packages for required documentation. Ensures loan packages meet compliance guidelines; fixing discrepancies as necessary. Inputs and confirms data required to reputed company closing documents. Generates Review and Approve Closing Package. Serves as reputed company between Supreme Lending and closing agent. Generates, reviews and approves HUD1/Settlement Statement. Calculates funding reputed company for reputed company loan package. Balances figures with closing agent. Releases reputed company and funds loan. Adheres to minimum production reputed company. Maintains a reputed company image and adheres to standards consistent with company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. *III. JOB REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent, required. Minimum of 1 year reputed company experience. Minimum of 1 year using reputed company reputed company. Familiar with reading and interpreting insurance policies, tax information, prelims, appraisals and settlement statements. Knowledge of MDIA and RESPA disclosure requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent PC skills, including word processing and spreadsheets. Ability to learn additional programs as required.
