No prior work experience is required. Curiosity, problem-solving ability and a willingness to learn matter far more here than a polished rsum, and every one of these skills is taught on the job. Who should apply Students in their final year or recent graduates from B.Pharm/M.Pharm, B.Sc/M.Sc (Life Sciences), BDS, BAMS or MBBS based in or willing to work from Kadapa. You should be willing to learn Argus Safety Database, Adverse Event (AE) Reporting, MedDRA Coding and able to communicate clearly in writing. Personal projects, coursework, certifications or open-source contributions strengthen your application, but none of them are mandatory. Internship details This is a 4-month internship in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, with a stipend of 28,000 per month. You will be given a defined project so that you leave with a set of correctly coded, review-ready safety cases. Working hours follow the team's normal business hours and the internship includes a certificate on successful completion.
