Head Cybersecurity & Information Security Department: Information Security Reporting To: Founders Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Noida / NCR Role Overview: Lead and own the overall Cybersecurity and Information Security function for IQ-Line. The role is accountable for securing the company's healthcare product portfolio, Azure cloud, enterprise infrastructure, networks and information assets while building a high-performing security team. Mandatory Experience: - 812 years of experience in Cybersecurity / Information Security. - Mandatory experience securing HealthTech products such as HIMS, LIMS, EMR/EHR, PACS/RIS or similar healthcare platforms. - Hands-on experience securing both on-premise and cloud (SaaS/Azure) healthcare deployments. - Experience working with product engineering teams to implement Secure SDLC and DevSecOps. - Experience leading customer security audits, vulnerability management and incident response. Key Responsibilities: - Own enterprise cybersecurity strategy and roadmap. - Build and lead the Information Security team. - Drive Product Security, Application Security and DevSecOps. - Own cloud, infrastructure, network and endpoint security through internal teams. - Lead VAPT, vulnerability management, SIEM and incident response. - Drive ISO 27001, DPDP compliance and customer security requirements. - Review security architecture for new products and technology initiatives. - Report security posture, risks and improvement plans to leadership. Technical Expertise: Application Security, Secure SDLC, Azure Security, Cloud Security, Network Security, IAM, API Security, SIEM, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, ISO 27001, DPDP, CERT-In, Security Architecture. Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, Microsoft AZ-500.
