Role: Sales Process Excellence Consultant Ecommerce Engagement type: Independent consultant / contractual assignment Duration: Initially 34 months, extendable based on project requirements Location: Hybrid Experience: 1520 years Objective: AcquireX requires a senior consultant to assess, redesign and help implement the sales processes of an ecommerce client. The consultant will operate as an AcquireX subject-matter expert and work with the client's leadership and sales team. Mandatory requirements: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification 1520 years of relevant qualified experience Direct experience in sales process transformation or sales excellence Experience working with ecommerce, retail, D2C or inside-sales operations Experience analysing sales funnels, CRM workflows, lead management, conversion rates and team productivity Demonstrated experience implementing recommendations, not only preparing strategy reports Solid client-facing, workshop facilitation and presentation skills Ability to create SOPs, process maps, KPI frameworks, dashboards, scorecards and governance mechanisms Availability for a focused 34-month consulting engagement Preferred backgrounds: Former Head/Director of Sales Excellence, Revenue Operations, Business Excellence or Process Excellence Previous experience with ecommerce companies, retail organisations, marketplaces, consulting firms or large inside-sales operations Experience managing Lean Six Sigma projects within a sales setting Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales analytics Expected responsibilities: Conduct stakeholder interviews and study the existing sales process. Analyse CRM data, lead movement, follow-up practices, call quality and conversion performance. Identify bottlenecks, process variation, leakage and accountability gaps.
