Strong understanding of Six Sigma methodologies and tools such as DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control). Experience with total productive maintenance (TPM), lean manufacturing principles, and cost optimization techniques. Proven track record of achieving significant improvements through root cause analysis and quality improvement initiatives. .
