Understand and present detailed product knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Assist customers in selecting the right pieces based on their needs and preferences. Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and ensure accurate documentation. Maintain the visual presentation and cleanliness of the showroom. Track and achieve individual and team sales targets. Follow up with clients post-sale for aftercare and satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and promotions. Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 13 years of experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to deliver high-level customer service and build client trust. Knowledge of the 4Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat) and diamond grading is a plus. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. Well-groomed, professional appearance and demeanor. Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays. .
