What You'll Do Lead Generation & Prospecting Research and identify potential customers through various channels. Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking activities. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects. Customer Engagement Connect with prospective customers and understand their business challenges. Qualify leads based on business requirements and suitability. Schedule and coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and discussions with senior stakeholders. Relationship Building Build and nurture relationships with potential clients. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and customers. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey. Product Knowledge Develop a strong understanding of Synoriq's products and solutions. Learn about Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS) and other lending technologies. Effectively communicate product value propositions to prospective customers. CRM & Sales Operations Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Update CRM systems regularly with relevant information. Prepare reports and track sales activities. Market Research Stay updated on industry trends within Banking, NBFCs, and FinTech. Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities. Client Visits & Business Travel Open to travelling and visiting client locations as required for business meetings, product demonstrations, implementation discussions, and relationship-building activities. Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Candidates should have a minimum of 70% marks (or equivalent CGPA) throughout their academic career, including 10th, 12th, and Graduation. Experience 02 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Relationship Management, or related roles. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply. Skills Required Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
