To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in finance for supply, operations function, and cost accounting, Variance Analysis Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Finance Strong technical knowledge of cost accounting, cost/distribution analysis, and SAP Experience with Microsoft Office, strong analytical skills, and English proficiency (IntermediateAdvanced) Preferred Qualifications Strong collaboration, communication, and ability to influence without authority Experience working across global, crossfunctional, and culturally diverse teams Demonstrated changemanagement mindset with solid ownership and accountability Strong stakeholder management, project management, and execution skills Led by Purpose.
