Why This Role Matters In the fastmoving healthcare ecosystem, the integrity of provider contract data is the backbone of operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you will be the guardian of that data, ensuring every contract record is meticulously validated, accurately entered, and promptly updated in our clientfacing systems. Your work directly supports the ability of healthcare organizations to honor agreements, process claims without delay, and maintain the trust of patients and providers alike. Key Responsibilities Data Scrubbing & Validation:Review incoming provider contract documents, cleanse data of inconsistencies, and verify the accuracy of critical fields such as provider identifiers, service codes, and contract terms. Contract Research & Installation:Conduct thorough research to confirm provider credentials, crossreference contract details with source documents, and load verified contracts into careerzyniths secure database. System Updates & Status Tracking:Maintain uptodate status indicators within the customer portal, ensuring that every contracts lifecycle stage is clearly reflected for internal teams and external stakeholders. Data Extraction & Entry:Retrieve information from a variety of sourcesincluding web portals, scanned PDFs, and legacy systemsand enter it accurately into designated fields using Windowsbased applications. Issue Identification & Resolution:Analyze entered data to spot discrepancies, flag potential errors, and either resolve them independently or escalate to senior team members when necessary. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Adherence:Complete all assigned transactions within the defined timeframes, consistently meeting or exceeding the clientspecified SLA benchmarks. Domain Knowledge Application:Leverage your understanding of healthcare and insurance terminology to interpret contract language, resolve ambiguities, and support problemsolving initiatives. Email Management:Monitor a dedicated inbox, respond to routine inquiries, and route complex questions to the appropriate subjectmatter experts. Continuous Learning & Training:Successfully complete careerzyniths onboarding curriculum, demonstrate proficiency in all required tools, and stay current with evolving industry standards. Essential Qualifications Minimum of1 yearof professional experience in a role that demanded highquality output, meticulous attention to detail, and personal accountability. At least1 yearof experience in an officebased environment performing data entry, clerical support, or customer service duties on a regular schedule. Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the ability to navigate multiple applications, screens, and software tools with speed and accuracy.High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in health information management, business administration, or related fields are a plus.Preferred Qualifications & Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear interaction with internal teams and external partners.Demonstrated troubleshooting ability, using research, analysis, and logical reasoning to resolve datarelated issues.Effective timemanagement capabilities, allowing you to thrive in a dynamic, fastchanging environment.Handson experience with AS400 systems, Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions), and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Familiarity with healthcare provider contracts, insurance terminology, or related regulatory frameworks.Core Competencies for Success Accuracy & Precision:Commitment to entering data without errors and doublechecking work before submission.
