Role Description The Quick Commerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, responsible for managing and optimizing rapid online order processing and fulfillment. This role includes overseeing product listings and inventory on quick commerce platforms, monitoring orders, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch. The specialist will analyze sales and performance data, implement strategies to increase visibility and conversion, and manage promotions and pricing across platforms. Daily tasks involve resolving customer queries, maintaining high service standards, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and preparing regular performance reports to support continuous improvement. Qualifications Strong understanding of commerce and quick commerce business models, including online retail operations.Demonstrated analytical skills for interpreting sales data, platform metrics, and operational performance.Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, platform partners, and customers.Customer service skills with the ability to handle queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.Sales skills with experience in upselling, cross-selling, and implementing promotions on digital platforms.Familiarity with e-commerce/quick commerce platforms, order management tools, and basic Excel or spreadsheet skills.Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in e-commerce or FMCG would be an advantage.
