Accounts And Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accounting records and financial transactions. Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and vouchers. Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports. Maintain employee reimbursement and petty cash records. Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding financial matters. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field. 02 years of experience in accounting and finance functions. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or ERP systems. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Good communication and organizational abilities.
