Purchase Executive - Restaurants and Cafes

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to manage and streamline procurement operations across our restaurant business. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of food, beverage, kitchen, and general operating supplies, along with established vendor relationships and good negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers for food, beverages, kitchen supplies, packaging, and other restaurant requirements.Negotiate pricing, credit terms, quality, delivery timelines, and commercial agreements with vendors.Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing and new vendors.Ensure smooth communication and coordination between vendors, restaurant teams, and senior management.Monitor purchase requirements and ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials without disrupting operations.Compare quotations, track market prices, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.Coordinate with the Accounts and Operations teams for purchase orders, invoices, payments, and vendor reconciliations.Monitor vendor performance, quality standards, delivery schedules, and resolve procurement-related issues promptly.Maintain proper purchase records, vendor databases, quotations, and procurement documentation.Requirements 46 years of relevant experience in restaurant, hospitality, hotel, or F&B procurement.Strong vendor network and knowledge of local suppliers is preferred.Good negotiation and communication skills.Strong understanding of food, beverage, kitchen, packaging, and general restaurant supplies.Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement/ERP systems.Strong commercial understanding with a focus on cost control and quality.Compensation: 35,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Benefits: Food providedProvident FundAbility to commute/relocate: Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad, Hyderabad District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience: Purchasing: 3 years (Preferred)Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred)Work Location: In person .
