Regulatory & Quality Compliance 6. Operational Coordination 7. MIS & Reporting Candidate required from Formulation (Pharma) only. Qualifications & Experience Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc with MBA (Operations / Supply Chain preferred) Experience: 14 - 20 years in procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in pharma formulations Strong exposure to regulated markets procurement Key Skills & Competencies Strong negotiation and vendor management skills In-depth knowledge of pharma raw & packing materials Regulatory and compliance awareness Strategic thinking with cost-optimization mindset ERP/SAP proficiency Leadership and cross-functional coordination Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Cost savings achieved Vendor performance & compliance Inventory turnover and stock availability Audit observations related to procurementOn-time material availability for production Perks and Benefits Best in the Industry .
