Role Description The Sales Trainer Edtech/Education is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohini. This role involves designing and delivering sales training programs for counseling and sales teams, focusing on Aimlays portfolio of academic and experiential learning offerings. The Sales Trainer conducts regular training sessions, role-plays, and workshops to improve product knowledge, consultative selling skills, and customer engagement techniques. Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, identifying skill gaps, updating training content based on feedback and market trends, and collaborating with leadership to align training with business goals. The role also includes coaching individuals, onboarding new team members, and ensuring consistent, learner-centric communication with prospective students and partners.
