Role & responsibilities Deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs in accounting and finance processes. Develop and maintain training materials, process guides, SOPs, and assessment frameworks. Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for new and existing team members. Facilitate knowledge transfer during process transitions and migrations Train teams on end-to-end accounting processes including: general Ledger (GL), Record-to-Report (R2R), Month-End Close, Journal Entries, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Fixed Assets Accounting, Financial Reporting Conduct performance evaluations related to training effectiveness. Manage and guide a team of at least 3-4 members. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting. Strong experience in end-to-end accounting or management accounting functions. Experience in delivering training, coaching, mentoring, or knowledge transfer sessions. .
