About the Role Join GEP University and help shape the learning experience for global customers and internal teams. As a Senior Trainer, you will design and deliver engaging product training programs, create learning content, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous learning initiatives across the organization. Role & responsibilities Deliver instructor-led virtual and classroom trainingConduct customer onboarding and product trainingDesign and update learning content and training materialsExecute training plans and learning programsCollaborate with Product, Consulting and Delivery teamsTrack training effectiveness and learner engagementMaintain training documentation and reportsDrive continuous improvement initiativesSupport knowledge transfer across global teamsBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Preferred candidate profile 5+ years of Corporate Training / Product Training experienceExperience delivering enterprise software or SaaS product trainingStrong communication and presentation skillsExperience creating training content and learning materialsAbility to manage multiple stakeholdersExperience working with global teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-driven with excellent time managementPassion for teaching and coaching others .
