The role involves contacting individuals from a provided database, understanding their interest in available employment opportunities, and coordinating interested candidates with the recruitment team. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to candidates using the provided database. Understand candidates' interest, availability, location, and basic eligibility. Provide accurate information about relevant employment opportunities. Follow up with interested candidates and guide them through the initial recruitment process. Maintain accurate records of calls, candidate responses, and follow-ups. Share candidate updates with the recruitment team. Complete assigned calling and follow-up activities within agreed timelines. Requirements Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Comfortable making outbound calls. Basic knowledge of using smartphones and internet-based communication tools. Compensation Compensation and performance-based incentives will be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on the scope of engagement and agreed responsibilities.
